Membership fees/payments/requirements/reasons

GTP and the Association of Ethical Tennis Coaches and Players were created in an effort to bring uniformity, accountability and an opportunity for Coaches, Trainers and Academies to invest into the talent of a Certified Minor Athlete, Certified Athlete and “Amateur” of a Certified Guardian with their time through what we call the “Coaches Collective.”

  1. Uniform, familiar, easy to understand, digitally manifested and globally accepted Contracts.
  2. Uniform rules and regulations that govern all Members of the Association.
  3. Protection for Minor Athletes from exploitative Coaches seeking % in perpetuity.
  4. An independent third party (the Association) to hold all entities accountable to promises made with executed Contracts.
  5. Archived records of whom has worked with whom.

A Minor Athlete pursuing professional tennis needs opportunity. These opportunities can have serious financial commitments for their Guardians.  GTP has created the Coaches Collective which allows Minor Athlete’s an opportunity to receive premium Coaching or Training today with a promise to Coaches, Trainers or Academies for future compensation from the Minor Athlete’s Guardian on the equivalent of 15% of their future Tournament Winnings (prior to taxes and withholdings). The Minor Athlete’s Guardian will be ultimately responsible and the guarantor for reconciling the Minor Athlete’s Collective.

The Association gives Minor Athletes, Athletes, Coaches, Trainers, Guardians, Agents and Academies all an equal voice and all an opportunity to practice better business.

There are three (3) Classes of Members:

Clients: Minor Athletes, Guardians and Athletes

Providers: Trainers, Coaches and Academies

Representatives: Agents

CLIENTS:

Minor Athlete: A tennis player under eighteen (18) years of age but is fourteen (14) years of age or older and who, with his or her Guardian’s consent and oversight, has decided to forgo his or her amateur status, and who is or desires actively to pursue a career as a professional tennis player by competing in professional tournaments.

Athlete: A tennis player who is of eighteen (18) years of age or older who desires to participate and receive professional lessons and instruction.

NOTE: By applying for a Minor Athlete Certification and then subsequently executing a Minor Engagement Contract, you will forego your NCAA eligibility, however all financial responsibilities (Membership fees and reconciling Collective) is that of your Guardian.

Initial Minor Athlete Application Fee: (USD) $130

Initial Minor Athlete Membership Fee: (USD) $200 pro-rated for the year from the day of your subscription.

Athlete (Annual) Membership fee: (USD) $200 Per year recurring Membership Fee.

Total first payment required: Between (USD) $131-$330 depending upon the date of enrollment.

There are no hidden fees. All fees are also outlined in the Association of Ethical Tennis Coaches and Players Operating Agreement which you and your Guardian are required to read and fully comprehend prior to applying for Certified Minor Athlete status. However, your responsibilities as a Certified Minor Athlete within the Association are as follows:

1) The Association will issue you and your Guardian monthly invoices stating the amount of Collective you as a Minor Athlete have accrued with Coaches, Trainers and Academies.  Should you have any Tournament Winnings during a month, or any subsequent month while you have an outstanding Collective, your Guardian must reconcile your Collective with the equivalent of 15% of those Tournament Winnings (prior to any taxes or withholdings). Reconciliation will made directly to the Association and the Association will distribute to the appropriate Coaches, Trainers and Academies accordingly.

2) GTP and the Association does charge a 4% interest rate to any of the collective or deferred compensation that “sits on the books,” beginning on the date that any Executed Certified Contract completes to the time when the Collective is reconciled. This will be retained by the Association and is the responsibility of the Minor Athlete’s Guardian to reconcile.

3) Post your retirement as a Minor Athlete, a Minor Athlete’s Guardian is required to being a reconciliation plan identical to the Certified Guardian’s reconciliation plan on 14% of outstanding Collective annually, to be paid quarterly (approximately 3.5% per quarter).

4) There is no penalty for paying off your collective early. A Minor Athlete’s Guardian may reconcile your collective at your convenience.

  1. A Certified Minor Athlete and their Guardian must fully understand and accept the Association’s Operating Agreement prior to initiating a profile build, completing an Application or executing any Certified Contracts within the Association. Please seek the advice of legal counsel prior to accepting the terms of the Agreement.
  2. Complete and submit a full Application to the Association for review and pending acceptance.
  3. Link an external bank account (Guardian) to ensure reconciliation and membership fees are not delinquent to maintain Good Standing with the Association.
  4. Ensure Guardian has access to an account of Minor Athlete’s where Tournament Winnings will be deposited.
  5. Complete your subscription/enrollment as mentioned in FAQ question (What will this cost me?). Total initial Minor Athlete initiation fee to be between (USD) $131-$330 depending upon the date of enrollment.
  6. Understand your reconciliation requirements.
  7. Conduct yourself with integrity and within the guidelines of the Operating Agreement. (See FAQ Can I lose my Certification as an Athlete with the Association? Under Section How does GTP work?

NO. Absolutely NOT.  In fact we recommend using other contracts when they are the most conducive for you. In fact, Certified Minor Athlete Contracts are slightly complicated due to their delicate nature and may need to be taken to a Palm Beach County Clerk office to be verified.

As a Minor Athlete, you may wish to sample and utilize many different Coaches, Trainers and Academies to ensure your professional growth. The Coaches Collective is an effort to allow you to “write your own script.” Our non exclusive contracts allow you freedom to move from Coach to Coach while simultaneously binding all Members of our community to the same ethical and moral business practices.

As a Certified Minor Athlete, you are also protected from exploitative Coaches, Trainers and Academies who seek a % in perpetuity. Only compensate a Coach, Trainer or Academy for the services he or she provided and nothing more.

NOTE: Only Contracts executed within GTPs Association will be protected.

1) Keep upfront $ costs of training in your pocket.

2) Universally accepted Contracts.

3) Use of our Certified Contracts.

4) Universal familiarity with our Contracts.

5) An ability to receive premium Coaching or Training today.

6) An opportunity to see which Coaches, Trainers or Academies actually believe in your talent. (They won’t be compensated until you succeed)

7) Archived records of whom has worked with whom. (A Coach with a picture no longer suffices)

8) Uniform code of business conduct and ethics.

9) Freedom of leaving a Coach, Trainer or Academy at any time with no hard feelings.

10) No longer having to sign contracts for % of perpetuity.

If at any time you and your Guardian have found yourself uncomfortable in a business relationship with a Coach, Trainer, Academy or Agent, GTP and the Association may be the answer. With uniform Contracts that the community can easily understand, a uniform code of ethics and an independent third party to hold all parties equally accountable and to ensure each party delivers what they promised, as a Minor Athlete you no longer have to fear spending a large sum of money upfront that you could otherwise save.

Maybe the Coaching or Training services your receiving may not meet the value you are seeking or you may have outgrown a current Coach or Trainer. Terminate Contracts and relationships at any time. In the Association, exclusivity does not exist and ending relationships on amicable terms is now the new order as Coaches, Trainers and Academies know they will be compensated at some future time.

  1. At the conclusion of each contract, a quality control email will be promulgated to ensure that services offered were provided and in fact received according to both parties.
  2. Once this acknowledgement has been made by both contracting parties, GTP and the Association, through an advanced and sophisticated servicing system, will hold the agreed collective on the books.
  3. All Contracts are stored on confidential third party servers.
  4. Should you have outstanding collective from other Coaches, this will be added to your aggregate collective.
  5. View your total aggregate or outstanding Collective at any time through your private portal titled “My Collective,” which may be found on your profile page.
  6. At any time, should you believe records were not accurately updated, please contact the Association immediately.

Yes. Should you wish to reconcile your Collective, each invoice will contain a one time reconciliation figure. No penalties will be applied for reconciling early.

How does GTP Work?

The answer is Yes and No.

Yes: The Contracts to each specific Certified Member are identical. Once you have executed a Certified Contract as a Minor Athlete, the Contract will not be different the second time you utilize it. The only exception may be who you contract with and the amount of service, base compensation and deferred compensation you negotiate with a Coach, Trainer or Academy (if the Association decides to change the body of a Contract, you will be notified).

No:  Each Contract varies slightly to cater towards what a Certified Coach, Trainer  or Academy will provide for services to you as an Athlete.

Additionally, Amateur Contracts differ from Engagement Contracts and Engagement Contracts differ from Engagement+ Contracts in the responsibilities that an Athlete, Minor Athlete and Guardian have as far as reconciling their accrued Collective.

The “Coaches Collective” is a term the Association has created and Trademarked to represent the total amount of deferred compensation that an Minor Athlete,  Athlete or Guardian has outstanding to a Coach, Trainer or Academy while simultaneously meaning how much compensation a Coach, Trainer or Academy has deferred for a later date from services he or she rendered to an Athlete, Minor Athlete or Guardian. The Collective is held and accounted for by the Association and can be viewed by a Certified Member at any time as to what Collective they owe and or have individually accrued and when that Collective may be due through a private portal located on their profile titled “My Collective.”

The Aggregate Collective is the individual sum of all collectives that a Minor Athlete has accrued with each individual Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy. A Minor Athlete’s Guardian will be required to reconcile this collective through the Association for all Coaches, Trainers and Academies who have executed similar contracts (Engagement or Engagement+ Contracts) and the Association will ensure each Coach, Trainer or Academy is compensated according to their pro-rata share of that Collective.

MINOR ENGAGEMENT CONTRACTS:

Pro-rata means the percentage of a collective that a Coach, Trainer or Academy who provided you service would receive.

Example 1: If you as a Minor Athlete have only 1 Collective with Coach A in the amount of $10k, should you have Tournament Winnings in the amount of $50k, then $7.5k (15% of $50K) will be required to be reconciled by your Guardian to that Coach.  Your Guardian would make this payment directly to the Association upon receiving an invoice ten (10) days prior to the close of the month when your winnings occurred.

Example 2: If you as a Minor Athlete have two Collectives.  One Collective is with Coach A in the amount of $10k and another Collective with Coach B in the amount of $20k, making your total aggregate Collective $30k. Should you as a Minor Athlete have Tournament Winnings of $50k then 15% or $7.5k must be paid towards reconciling both collectives by your Guardian. Since Coach A is 1/3 of the total Collective($10k of $30K) and Coach B is 2/3 of the total Collective ($20k of $30K), Coach A’s pro-rata share on $7.5k is 1/3 or $2500 while Coach B pro-rata share is 2/3 and will receive $5000 towards reconciling his or her collective (Both less the 20% retained by the Association). Your Guardian would make this payment of $7.5k directly to the Association upon receiving an invoice ten (10) days prior to close of the month where your winnings occurred.

Minor Athletes, Athletes and Guardians:

1) These Certified Members are protected from exploitative Coaches, Trainers and Academies who sign talent to % of earnings in perpetuity.

2) Checks and balances have been put into place ensuring negotiated deferred rates for an hour, day, week or month long contract do not exceed a certain maximum to ensure a Minor Athlete, Athlete or Guardian is not being exploited. (See What are Characteristics of the Certified Contracts in FAQ Section How does GTP work?)

Coaches, Trainers and Academies:

The Collective of any Minor Athlete, Athlete or Guardian from any Coach, Trainer or Academy is added together to create what we call the total Collective. Should an Minor Athlete, Athlete or Guardian fail on any obligation or commitment to reconcile this Collective, all Members involved in the Collective will be equally represented and protected.

Agents: Agents will now have “skin in the game” and any Contracts they have initiated will be under the same umbrella as Trainers, Coaches and Academies. Should a Minor Athlete, Athlete or Guardian default in their commitments, an Agent will be protected just the same.

GTP’s Association gets rid of exclusivity. Any member can terminate contracts whenever they feel the relationship is not working. We at the Association believe you as an Athlete, in an effort to grow, must sample as many Coaches, Trainers or Academies as necessary until you feel the right fit. By asking a Coach to compromise his or her value, essentially that Coach or Trainer believes you as an Athlete owe them something, when in fact you do not. You may have a moral obligation but no required business obligations.

Protect your own reputation by promising to compensate your previous Coaches, Trainers and Academies for the services they have provided you at their present value on eventual tournament winnings, thus paying for what you can presently afford. Giving a Coach, Trainer or Academy 20% for life in our opinion is indentured servitude.

In an Effort to protect Athletes, Minor Athlete and Guardians, no contract may be negotiated by and between an Athlete and either a Coach, Trainer or Academy, outside of the minimum and maximum compensation listed below.

Length:

All Certified Contracts can be negotiated for as little as one (1) hour up to a maximum of three (3) months.

Total deferred compensation minimum and maximums:

One (1) hour: (USD) Minimum $5 Maximum $750

One (1) day: (USD) Minimum $5 Maximum $750

One (1) week: (USD) Minimum $5 Maximum $3500

One (1) month: (USD) Minimum $5 Maximum $13000

Total accrued Collective:

Athlete and Minor Athlete: No Certified Contract (Engagement Contract) will be approved by GTP and the Association that places a Certified Athlete or Minor Athlete over a (USD) $100k threshold for total collective (including interest) from Engagement Contracts.

Athlete: No Certified Contract (Engagement+Contracts) will be approved by GTP and the Association that places a Certified Athlete over a (USD) $175k threshold when all Engagement Contracts added with Engagement+ Contracts put them over this additional $75k threshold.

Guardian: No Certified Contract will be approved by GTP and the Association that places a Guardian over a (USD) $100k threshold for total collective (including interest).

Base compensation (Upfront compensation):

Total up front payments must be included in the contract, however GTP and the Association bear zero responsibility in the enforcement or compliance of this base or upfront payment between an Athlete or Minor Athlete and a Coach, Trainer or Academy

This is the beauty of GTP and its Association. A Certified Minor Athlete can terminate or stop working with any Certified Member at any time for any reason. You must submit the notice of termination and the reasons of termination to the Association within one week from the conclusion of an executed contract.

The pro-rata portion of the executed contract will be added to your collective. Should you as an Athlete believe that the aforementioned Coach, Trainer, Academy or Agent has breached their Contract and should not be entitled to any pro-rata share, simply notify the Association of the breach and a mediation will commence.

Sorry, we do not allow contracts for longer than three (3) months. However, we do offer extensions to already executed contracts.

We at GTP feel that exclusivity is a root cause of the lack of growth of the Athlete/Guardian/Coach relationship and our Contracts eliminate exclusivity. Many relationships are initially great but soon end in disastrous fashion merely because one side seems to not be valued. So long as everyones value is protected, then there is no reason to compromise your value in order to establish relationships. Now should a relationship terminate for any reason, there will be no hard feelings as you as an Athlete will make good to whatever Coach, Trainer or Academy that did right by you.

Yes. The Association reserves the right to terminate your Certification or another Certified Member for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  8. Wait for the final execution from GTP Manager.
  9. Begin work.
NOTE: A Coach, Trainer or Academy can also Start a New Contract.
An Agent may also initiate a Contract. All the onus is not on the Athlete. We are just attempting to empower the Athlete.

As an Athlete if you may terminate contracts at any time. Please be advised that if you terminate more than three (3) contracts in a year however your certification will be suspended.

The beauty of GTP and the Association is to allow an Athlete to exit a relationship if it has gone bad. You will be responsible for reconciling for any services that had been rendered, however you will not be accountable for any future dates from the termination.

You as an Athlete must file for a Breach of Contract. No Coach, Trainer or Academy will be allowed to maintain a Good Standing with the Association if they have had three (3) filed Breach of Contracts against them.

In the event of a breach of contract, file for the breach directly from your Association profile page or directly to the Manager with the address provided on your Contract.

GTP and the Association will initiate an investigation followed by a mediation to determine how much pro-rata collective, if any, should be accounted for. An Athlete, upon filing for a breach, will not be held responsible for any dates or collective post the breach.

First congratulations on the success.

Second, you will be required to reconcile any outstanding collective up to $75k which is 15% of those winnings. Should your collective be less than $75k, none of the remainder need be attributed to any future earnings (so long as there is not an active Contract) Should there be an active Contract, the remainder of this earning will be applied to services provided until the term of the Contract is complete.

Collective Responsibilities as a Certified Minor Athlete

As a Certified Minor Athlete you are permitted to utilize and execute Minor Engagement Contracts. With these contracts you as a Minor Athlete are afforded the opportunity to receive premium Coaching or Training or stay at an Academy today with a promise from you and your Guardian to make good on payments to the applicable Coach, Trainer or Academy some time in the future based on your success.

A Certified Minor Athlete’s (Professional) Guardian agrees to compensate a Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy for services rendered on 15% of their future Tournament Winnings (prior to taxes and withholdings). If, at a Minor Athlete’s retirement (not having played eight (8) sanctioned ITF/ATP/WTA tournaments in two (2) consecutive calendar years) and collective remains outstanding the Minor Athlete’s Guardian will be required to begin a payment plan identical to a Certified Guardian’s payment plan, two (2) years post their retirement, on 14% of the outstanding collective annually. Payments will be made to the Association by the Minor Athlete’s Guardian quarterly (3.5% per quarter including interest) At the conclusion of five (5) years a ballon payment by the Minor Athlete’s Guardian is required on remaining collective to the Association. The Association will ensure the pro-rata portion of the collective is distributed to the appropriate Coaches, Trainers and Academies.

The Association has integrated a sophisticated third party software to ensure all executed contracts are accounted for. Each Certified Member will have a private portal on their Association’s profile page titled “My Collective,” which will showcase Collective owed and accrued for each Member.  This portal also showcases what payments have been made and how they have been allocated.

An invoice is sent ten (10) days prior to the conclusion of every month to each Minor Athlete who has outstanding collective. Each Minor Athlete’s Guardian will make this payment by the close of the following month to the Association should they have generated revenue from Tournament Winnings. Should you believe any records may not have been accurately updated please contact the Association immediately.

Tournament Winnings means any monetary value a Certified Minor Athlete receives in consideration for playing in a professional tennis tournament (prior to taxes and withholdings) that is sanctioned by the ATP, ITF, or WTA, or any substantially similar tennis organization that currently exists, or is created in the future.

Currently Minor Athletes are not allowed to execute Engagement+ Contracts.

Minor Engagement Contracts (Explained)

A Minor Engagement Contract is a Certified Contract of GTP’s Association executed between a Certified Minor Athlete and either a Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy.

The Certified Minor Athlete must be under eighteen (18) years of age but above fourteen (14) years of age and have their Guardian as the guarantor. A Coach, Trainer or Academy is compensated by the Minor Athlete’s Guardian on the equivalent of 15% of the Certified Minor Athlete’s future Tournament Winnings (prior to taxes or withholdings).

Upon a Minor Athlete’s retirement, (Not having played eight (8)) ATP/WTA/ITF/ITF Junior sanctioned tournaments in two (2) consecutive years, the Minor Athlete’s Guardian will begin a payment plan identical to that of the Certified Guardian on 14% of remaining collective yearly. Payments to be made quarterly at approximately 3.5% per quarter (including interest).

Minor Engagement Contract means, a contract entered into between a Minor Athlete and either a Certified Coach, Certified Trainer or Certified Academy collectively titled “Minor Athlete Engagement Contracts,” and individually “Minor Athlete-Coach Engagement Contract,” “Minor Athlete-Trainer Engagement Contract” and “Minor Athlete-Academy Engagement Contract.”

Minor Athlete-Coach Engagement Contracts provide for tennis training, including but not limited to private or group tennis instruction, mental training, off-court training or sparring sessions.

Minor Athlete-Trainer Engagement Contracts include, but are not limited to, private or group instruction, mental training, stretching, off court fitness, dietary assistance, body-building, cardio and non-cardio fitness exercises and massage therapy.

Minor Athlete-Academy Engagement Contracts provide all of the provisions of Coaching and Training as just defined, containing all of the terms, provisions, and details of the Minor Athlete Engagement Contract(s) in the Association’s Operating Agreement, as the same may be amended by the Manager, in its sole discretion, from time to time.

Minor Athlete Engagement Contracts may also be initiated by a Certified Agent to be executed by and between two (2) Certified Members collectively titled “Agent-Initiated Minor Engagement Contracts.”

An Minor Engagement Contract may only be signed between a Certified Minor Athlete of someone younger than eighteen (18) years of age but above fourteen (14) years of age and their Guardian, and either a Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy.

If you are committed or intending to commit to NCAA intercollegiate sport, do not Certify as a Minor Athlete or execute a Minor Engagement Contract.

NCAA compliance rule of 12.1.2.1.6 states:

Preferential Treatment, Benefits or Services. Preferential treatment, benefits or services because of the individual’s athletics reputation or skill or pay-back potential as a professional athlete, unless such treatment, benefits or services are specifically permitted under NCAA legislation. [R] (Revised: 1/11/94, 1/14/08)

As a Minor Athlete by executing a Minor Engagement Contract you will be forfeiting your NCAA eligibility as you may not sign Contracts based on potential future winnings.

As a Minor Athlete, your Guardian will reconcile for the services you were provided on the equivalent of 15% of your Tournament Winnings. Additionally, should your winnings not cover your total outstanding Collective, two (2) years post your retirement, your Guardian will begin a payment plan identical to that of the Certified Guardian at 14% per year or 3.5% quarterly (including interest).

Upon a Minor Athlete’s retirement from the sport, not having played eight (8) sanctioned ATP/WTA/ITF/ITF junior sanctioned tournaments in two (2) consecutive calendar years, the Minor Athlete’s Guardian is required to begin a payment plan on the collective outstanding to GTP’s Association. The Minor Athlete  and Guardian will receive an invoice quarterly representing 3.5% of remaining collective including interest.

Engagement Contracts allow you to ask a Coach, Trainer or Academy to put “their money where their mouth is.” If a Coach truly believes in your ability and their own ability to bring out the best in you, ask them to defer their compensation today, and be compensated once you succeed.

Yes. As a Minor Athlete you can currently execute an unlimited number of Engagement Contracts, however you may not have more than five (5) active Engagement Contracts at any one time.

Amateur Contracts (Explained)

For edification purposes, an Amateur Contract is a Certified Contract of GTP’s Association that is signed between a Parent/Guardian of an Amateur with either a Certified Coach, Trainer and/or Academy. The Parent or Guardian is the guarantor and allows the parent or Guardian to pay for services provided over a set period of time with a non-intrusive payment plan.

Amateur Contracts means, a contract entered into between a Certified Guardian and either;

1) A Certified Coach titled an “Amateur-Coach Contract” providing for tennis training, including but not limited to private or group tennis instruction, mental training, off-court training, sparring sessions, by the Certified Coach of a child or ward of the Guardian or

2) By a Certified Trainer, titled “Amateur-Trainer Contract” providing for, but not limited to, private or group instruction, mental training, stretching, off court fitness, dietary assistance, body-building, cardio and non-cardio fitness exercises and massage therapy, regardless of the ward’s age, or

Collectively called “Amateur Contracts.” Amateur Contracts to be executed by Guardians who wish to retain their child or ward’s status as an amateur containing all of the terms, provisions, and details of the Amateur Contract in the Association’s Operating Agreement, as the same may be amended by the Manager, in its sole discretion, from time to time by the Manager.

An Amateur Contract may only be signed between a Parent/Guardian of someone under eighteen (18)  years of age and either a Certified Coach, Certified Trainer or Certified Academy.

Engagement+ Contracts (Explained)

Engagement+ Contract means, a contract entered into between a Certified Coach, individually titled “Athlete-Coach Engagement + Contracts”, Certified Trainer, “Athlete-Trainer Engagement + Contracts, or by a Certified Academy titled “Athlete-Academy Engagement + Contracts” collectively titled “Athlete Engagement + Contracts” and a Certified Athlete who has either

(a) been previously approved by the Manager to execute such Agreement; or

(b) been (i) ranked in the ATP top one hundred fifty (150) for singles or (ii) top fifty (50) for doubles any time within the preceding two (2) years of the execution of the Athlete Engagement + Contract,

which may be amended by the Manager, in its sole discretion, from time to time and contains all of the terms, provisions, and details of the Athlete Engagement + Contract in the Association’s Operating Agreement.

Agents rolls

Agent Initiated Contracts are Certified Contracts initiated by a Certified Agent between a Certified Minor Athlete and either a Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy. The Certified Agent should assist with negotiations on upfront (base) compensation, deferred compensation, services to be provided and the term of the contract.

Agents or Representatives of professional Minor Athletes currently receive zero compensation for establishing Coaching or hitting sessions for their Players. Consequently, these Agents therefore are not looking out for you as the Client or Minor Athlete’s best interest. The Agent usually looks for the Coach who is willing to compromise their value and therefore may not be the most talented to bring out your best abilities, that Coach is only the cheapest.

No. An agent will receive a pro-rata portion of what you have agreed to compensate a Coach, Trainer or Academy.

Miscellaneous

We added this to ensure you enter GTP with eyes wide open. This has been created entirely to attempt to enhance and make business in our community better. Yes we collect interest on monies “on the books” yes we charge a membership fee, yes we collect 20% of everything that we collect, but in order to run this platform we must cover our overhead costs. If you enjoy this as an alternative business method we would love to have you be a part of the GTP movement!

Obviously we will be sad to see you go as we clearly did not cater to something that made business better for you. You are more than welcome to cancel your membership at anytime by  heading to your profile page and selecting the terminate my membership button.

Unfortunately, per the Operating Agreement, your Membership would be placed into terminated Status. With terminated status, if you had any collective outstanding to be owed, as a Terminated Minor Athlete, all outstanding deferred compensation will become immediately due and payable by your Guardian.
