GTP CERTIFIED ATHLETE SPONSORSHIP

How to be sponsored:

NOTE: All Applicants will undergo a background check and credit check (Athletes and Guardians) prior to certification. Application fee ($169) and annual membership fees ($100) per year are required in order to be eligible for the sponsorship opportunities.

Once Certified, send “GTP Official” a message from your GTP profile page using GTP’s internal messaging system stating “I am requesting an Athlete sponsor yourself sponsorship” along with your preference of shirts or tanks (you may request both), your size, and preference for visors or hats (you may request both). Please also provide the best address to have the items sent.

GTP Certified Athlete to receive each quarter:

• Eight (8) GTP logo match shirts/tanks
• Eight (8) practice GTP big logo shirts/tanks
• Four (4) GTP logo match hats/visors
• Two (2) GTP logo civilian hats

A sponsored GTP Certified Athlete may wear a competing brands’ shirt or hat while in conjunction with a GTP sponsorship, however once this is conducted, that Certified Athlete forfeits the right to receive supplemental shirts/tanks or hats/visors depending upon which is not worn. (At GTP’s discretion) A GTP Certified Athlete may attach patches as they would like so long as they conform to ATP/ITF/WTA/OLYMPIC/UTR regulations.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM A GTP CLOTHING INC SPONSORSHIP BONUS AS A CERTIFIED ATHLETE, AN ATHLETE MUST:

*** Wear either a GTP Clothing match hat/visor or GTP Clothing match shirt/tank for each match they play within a tournament. Includes pre and post-match interviews, award ceremonies, as well as practice sessions while on tournament grounds for the duration of the tournament.

*** Make one social media story post during the tournament in question while on tournament grounds. GTP logo must be visible and a tag of @globaltennisprofessionals visible on social media story. (If you have social media)

Any GTP Certified Athlete who is eligible to claim a GTP Clothing sponsorship bonus, MUST, have within the previous month, executed a GTP Engagement or Engagement+ Contract(s) of 1.5 times the value of the bonus that is to be received. Should a Certified Athlete not meet this criteria, the Athlete will have two months from the conclusion of the tournament in which a bonus is to be received, to execute and complete GTP Engagement or GTP Engagement+ Contracts with a GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy of their choice.  A GTP Certified Athlete may have multiple contracts with multiple GTP Certified Coaches, Trainers and Academies. A bonus will not be paid until this criteria is met. Note: Contracts DO NOT need to be fully reconciled to meet this criteria only executed and completed.

*** Should and Athlete and Coach both receive a bonus simultaneously, the Athlete must then have executed contracts of at least 2 times the bonus value to be received.

Executed Engagement or Engagement+ Contracts may only be applied once towards a bonus claim.

GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus will be paid five days after the conclusion of each calendar month for bonuses earned in tournaments that have ended within that calendar month.

GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus for Athletes WHO HAVE NOT yet met the criteria will be compensated once the GTP executed Engagement or Engagement + Contracts have been completed so long as the contracts have been completed within the time frame allotted (2 months from the conclusion of the tournament in question).

Should a GTP Certified Athlete fail to execute GTP Engagement or Engagement + Contracts within the time frame allotted (2 months from the tournaments completion), GTP Certified Athlete will forfeit the right to any outstanding sponsorship claim.

***A GTP Certified Athlete is eligible to receive a GTP bonus for both singles and doubles play in the same tournament but must meet the total of 1.5 times bonus money in executed contracts.
***A GTP Certified Athlete can choose to discontinue sponsorship with GTP at any time upon written notice to GTP Official.

If an Athlete has been acting as a GTP Sponsored Athlete for their previous eight (8) tournaments and that Athlete breaks into the Top #100 ranking for their first time, and plays their next two (2) tournaments as a GTP sponsored Athlete, that Certified Athlete is eligible for an additional $10k sponsorship bonus. In this instance, an Athlete is required to have only equaled that amount with executed Engagement or Engagement + Contracts  to receive this bonus.

GTP CERTIFIED COACHES, TRAINERS AND ACADEMIES SPONSORSHIP

Please also provide the best address to have the items sent.

What GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy will receive each quarter:

• Four (4) Big logo GTP shirts/tanks
• Four (4) GTP logo Match shirts/tanks
• Two (2) GTP logo Match hats/visors
• Two (2) GTP large logo civilian hats

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM A GTP CLOTHING INC SPONSORSHIP BONUS AS A CERTIFIED COACH/TRAINER/ACADEMY REPRESENTATIVE, A CERTIFIED COACH/TRAINER/ACADEMY REPRESENTATIVE MUST:

*** Wear either a GTP Clothing match hat/visor or GTP Clothing match shirt/tank for each match their player participates in during a tournament’s duration. The GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative must be courtside for each of their player’s matches. GTP Certified Coaches, Trainers or Academy Representatives must wear either a GTP hat/visor or GTP shirt/tank at all times while on tournament grounds for the duration of the tournament.

*** Make one social media story post (picture with their player) during the tournament in question while on tournament grounds. GTP logo must be visible and a tag of @globaltennisprofessionals visible on social media story. (If you have social media)

***A GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy representative would be eligible to earn twenty five percent (25%) bonus of a GTP Certified Athlete’s bonus (See table below) if they are coaching a non GTP Certified Athlete that achieves any of the accolades in the Athlete bonus table.

A GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative would be eligible to earn ½ (50%) of a Certified Athlete’s GTP Clothing bonus if they are coaching a GTP Certified Athlete (Athlete need not be a sponsored Athlete only a Certified Athlete) who qualifies for the bonus.

A GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative would be eligible to earn 100% of a GTP Certified Athlete’s GTP Clothing bonus if they are coaching at that time a GTP sponsored Athlete.

Note: Athlete and Coach are both eligible to earn a bonus simultaneously

***A GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or an Academy representative who is working with a GTP Certified Guardian’s child or ward is eligible to receive exactly the same amount of bonus of what a GTP Certified Guardian would per the Guardian sponsorship table below.

Any GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative who is eligible to claim a GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus of 25%, MUST HAVE within the previous month, executed GTP Engagement or Engagement + Contracts with GTP Certified Athlete(s) of their choice of 1.5 times the value of the bonus to be received. If both Coach and Player are simultaneously to receive a bonus, then Coach must have executed at least 2 times the value of the bonus to be received.

Any GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative who is eligible to claim a GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus of 50% or more, MUST HAVE within the previous month, executed GTP Engagement or Engagement + Contracts with GTP Certified Athlete(s) of their choice (other than the player they are currently coaching) of 1.5 times the value of the bonus to be received.

GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus will be paid five days after the conclusion of each calendar month for GTP Certified Coaches, Trainers and Academy Representatives WHO HAVE met all pre-requisites.

GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus for GTP Certified Coaches, Trainers and Academy Representatives WHO HAVE NOT yet met the aforementioned criteria, will be eligible to claim the GTP Clothing bonus once they have executed GTP Engagement or Engagement + Contracts of equal or greater value of the bonus to be received (within the time frame allotted of two months from the conclusion of the tournament in question).

Should a GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative fail to execute GTP Engagement or Engagement + Contracts within the time frame allotted (2 months from the tournaments completion), Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative will forfeit the right to any outstanding bonus claim.

A GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy Representative is eligible to receive a GTP bonus for both singles and doubles play in the same tournament.

***A GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy can choose to discontinue sponsorship with GTP at any time upon written notice to GTP Official.

Academies may designate up to three representatives each week for sponsorship.

GTP Certified Guardian (Parent of a Junior Player) Sponsorship:

Once Certified, send “GTP Official” a message using your GTP internal messaging system (Send a message) stating “I am requesting a GTP Guardian sponsor yourself sponsorship” along with your preference of shirts or tanks (you may request both), your size, and preference for visors or hats (you may request both). Please also provide the best address to have the items sent.

GTP Certified Guardian to receive each quarter:

• Four (4) GTP big logo and Inventors of shirts/tanks
• Two (2) GTP big logo hat/visor

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM A GTP CLOTHING INC SPONSORSHIP BONUS AS A CERTIFIED GUARDIAN , A GUARDIAN MUST:

*** Wear either a GTP Clothing big logo hat/visor or GTP Clothing big logo shirt/tank for each match their junior participates in during a tournament’s duration. The GTP Certified Guardian must be courtside for each of their child or wards matches. A GTP Certified Guardian must wear either a GTP big logo hat/visor or GTP big logo shirt/tank at all times while on tournament grounds for the duration of the tournament

*** Make one social media story post with their child or ward during the tournament in question while on tournament grounds. GTP logo must be visible and a tag of @globaltennisprofessionals visible on social media story. (If you have social media)

Any GTP Certified Guardian who is eligible to claim a GTP Clothing sponsorship bonus, MUST, have within the previous month, executed a GTP Amateur Status Contract of 1.5 times the value of the bonus that is to be received. Should a GTP Certified Guardian not meet this criteria, the Certified Guardian will have two (2) months from the conclusion of the tournament in which a bonus is to be received, to execute and complete GTP Amateur Status Contracts with a GTP Certified Coach, Trainer or Academy of their choice of 1.5 times the value of the GTP bonus to be claimed. A Certified Guardian may have multiple contracts with multiple Coaches, Trainers and Academies.

Executed Amateur Status Contracts may only be applied once towards a bonus claim.

GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus will be paid five days after the conclusion of each calendar month for Certified Guardians WHO HAVE met all pre-requisites.

GTP Clothing Inc sponsorship bonus for Certified Guardians WHO HAVE NOT yet met the criteria will be compensated once the GTP executed Amateur Status Contracts have been completed of at least 1.5 times the value so long as this has been completed within the time frame allotted. (Two months from the conclusion of the tournament in questions)

Should a GTP Certified Guardian fail to execute Amateur Status Contracts within the time frame allotted (2 months from the tournaments completion), GTP Certified Guardian will forfeit the right to any outstanding sponsorship claim.

*** A GTP Certified Guardian is eligible to receive a GTP bonus for only the performance of their child or ward in singles competition.

***A GTP Certified Guardian can choose to discontinue sponsorship with GTP at any time upon written notice to GTP Official.

THE ROUND AN ATHLETE REACHES EQUATES TO THE GTP SPONSORSHIP BONUS AN ATHLETE IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE.
